handover at either our local Customer Service Points or using our Parcel
Collect service, and delivery from there to our Walk Bundling Centres via our
Royal Mail Tracked parcel service. Priced at £4.75 per box plus £5 booking fee
(excluding VAT).
2. Door to Door Collection Service – a pallet-based service suitable for
larger contracts, offering collection, storage and handover of your items to
our Walk Bundling Centres in accordance with your handover schedule.
Priced per volume and weight of items collected.
Please call our Door to Door team on 0345 266 0858 for more information.
Repackaging Fee
You can present your items to us in either boxes or secure bundles.
Boxes must weigh less than 10kg and Bundles less than 6.4kg.
These are the maximum weights our teams are allowed to carry.
Each Box or Bundle must contain the same number of items and weigh
the same, and all items should be made from the same paper stock and
weight. This allows us to quickly and accurately count and bundle the
correct number of items for each delivery officer’s walk.
Please refer to our User Guide for full information regarding preparing
your items for handover, which can be found at royalmail.com/doortodoor
Where we have need to repackage your boxes or bundles at the
Walk Bundling Centre because it hasn’t been handed over to us in a
compliant manner, we will contact you to inform you and may charge
you the following fees:
1. For the first hour or part thereof – £100 (excluding VAT)
2. For each subsequent hour or part thereof – £75 (excluding VAT)

Terms and Conditions which are available at royalmail.com/doortodoor
