United Supermarkets
United Supermarkets has announced that pharmacies at their locations have begun selling at-
home COVID-19 testing kits. The release states these tests are saliva-based, not nasal swab, and
results can be expected within 72 hours of the lab receiving the test. “Some of the advantages of
these at-home testing kits include no appointments, no lines and best of all, no uncomfortable
nasal swab.”
United provided these instructions for getting the take-home test:
● Visit scheduletest.com to complete a medical questionnaire and request your test
● Your United Family pharmacist will authenticate the information, review, and order the test
● Next, you will be contacted about payment and get a notification that the test kit is ready.
Guests may pick up the test kit or have it delivered/shipped to their address*

Drive-thru COVID-19 Testing at Walgreens
Walgreens is offering drive-thru COVID-19 testing at select locations in partnership with the
PWN Health provider network.
Testing is free to eligible individuals who meet criteria established by the Centers for Disease
Control and Prevention (CDC) and state and federal guidelines. At the testing locations,
Walgreens pharmacists oversee patients' self-administration of the COVID-19 test.
Take a quick screening survey to see if you are eligible for testing.
Get started
How it works
1. Complete the screening survey.
2. If you are eligible for testing, a lab order request with your information will be
sent to PWNHealth on your behalf and you will receive an email with next steps.
You will go to the testing location at your appointment time and follow
instructions to remain in your vehicle with the window rolled up.
You will perform the test using a nasal swab. A Walgreens pharmacist
will be there to instruct you.
Your nasal swab will either be sent to a laboratory partner for analysis or
will be analyzed on site by a Walgreens pharmacist.
Your test results and contact information will be sent to PWNHealth.
You will receive your results from PWNHealth.
Please note: Testing availability may be limited due to capacity and weather conditions. There
may be a delay in getting tested.
CVS Pharmacies
Self-swab tests will be available to individuals meeting CDC criteria, in addition to state and age
guidelines. Patients must register in advance at CVS.com to schedule an appointment. Patients
will be required to stay in their cars and will be directed to the pharmacy drive-thru window or a
location in the parking lot at a few stores, where they will be provided with a test kit and given
instructions, and a CVS Pharmacy team member will observe the self-swab process to ensure it
is done properly. Tests will be sent to an independent, third-party lab for processing, and the
results will be available in approximately three days.
