Los Angeles Dodgers 2020 Ten Percent Bonus Program
Terms and Conditions
In response to the challenges and uncertainty created by the COVID-19 pandemic, Los Angeles
Dodgers LLC and Dodger Tickets LLC (collectively, the Dodgers”) have established the 2020
Ten Percent Bonus Program (the “Program”). Below are the Terms and Conditions that apply to
and govern the Program.
Eligibility:
The Program is available to certain individuals and entities (“Eligible Ticket Holders”) who, on
or before March 26, 2020, purchased tickets from the Dodgers for (i) games that were scheduled
to be played by the Los Angeles Dodgers at Dodger Stadium between March 23, 2020 and
September 20, 2020, and/or (ii) the 2020 All-Star Game, 2020 Home Run Derby, 2020 All-Star
Futures Game, 2020 Celebrity Softball Game, and/or 2020 Play Ball Park (collectively,
Designated Games”).
Eligible Ticket Holders include (i) Account Holders who entered into a Ticket Purchase
Agreement with Dodger Tickets LLC on or before March 26, 2020, for the purchase of a Full
Season Membership, Half Season Membership, Half Season Flex Membership, Quarter Season
Membership, Quarter Season Flex Membership, 10-Game Flex Membership, and/or Group
Tickets, where such agreements are paid in full and include tickets for Designated Games; (ii)
Account Holders who entered into a Dugout Club Premium Seating License Agreement and/or a
Baseline Club Premium Seating License Agreement with Dodger Tickets LLC on or before March
26, 2020, where such agreements are paid in full and include tickets for Designated Games; (iii)
Licensees who entered into a Suite License Agreement with Los Angeles Dodgers LLC on or
before March 26, 2020, where such agreements are paid in full and include tickets for Designated
Games; and (iv) individuals and entities who, on or before March 26, 2020, purchased single game
ticket(s) from the Dodgers for Designated Games.
Eligible Ticket Holders do not include individuals or entities who purchased or otherwise acquired
tickets for Designated Games (i) from or through third-party platforms or outlets (for example,
StubHub, Vivid Seats, Gametime, SeatGeek, Fevo, Costco, and/or others); (ii) for purposes of
resale and not for personal use; (iii) pursuant to a Sponsorship Agreement or a Trade/Barter
Agreement with Los Angeles Dodgers LLC; (iv) via ticket vouchers awarded in connection with
youth camps or other events; (v) pursuant to the Internal Ticket Purchase program available to
employees of Los Angeles Dodgers LLC; or (vi) after March 26, 2020. Furthermore, the Dodgers
shall have the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to preclude any individual or entity from
participating in the Program. Any Eligible Ticket Holder who is precluded from participating in
the Program will not receive the Bonus or the Designated Games Account Balance (as those terms
are defined below), but will remain eligible to receive a refund of the ticket purchase price and
other applicable amounts paid in connection with Designated Games.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to all terms and conditions set forth in the Eligible Ticket
Holder’s Ticket Purchase Agreement, Dugout Club Premium Seating License Agreement,
Page 2 of 4
Baseline Club Premium Seating License Agreement, Suite License Agreement, and/or single game
ticket(s) (collectively, the Ticket Agreements”), as applicable, which terms and conditions are
incorporated herein in their entirety by this reference. Capitalized terms used but not defined
herein shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms in the Ticket Agreements, as applicable.
The Bonus:
An Eligible Ticket Holder may request a full or partial refund of the ticket purchase price (and, as
applicable, amounts paid for parking, Stadium Club admission, and other similar benefits) that the
Eligible Ticket Holder paid to the Dodgers on or before March 26, 2020 in connection with
Designated Games. If an Eligible Ticket Holder makes such a request, the Dodgers will issue a
refund in the amount requested by the Eligible Ticket Holder (but in no event in an amount greater
than the amount that the Eligible Ticket Holder paid to the Dodgers in connection with Designated
Games). Service charges and processing fees will be addressed on a per-transaction basis. If the
only tickets included in the transaction are for Designated Games, service charges and processing
fees will be refunded. If the transaction includes tickets for games other than Designated Games,
service charges and processing fees will not be refunded.
If an Eligible Ticket Holder does not request a refund, or requests a refund of less than the full
amount of the ticket purchase price and other applicable amounts paid for Designated Games, the
Dodgers will (i) apply the full or remaining amount, as applicable (the Designated Games
Account Balance”), to the Eligible Ticket Holder’s account, and (ii) add a bonus (the Bonus”)
to the Eligible Ticket Holder’s account in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Designated
Games Account Balance.
Example: An Eligible Ticket Holder purchased a 2020 Full Season Ticket from the
Dodgers in January 2020. The amount paid by the Eligible Ticket Holder in connection
with Designated Games was $1,000. The Eligible Ticket Holder does not request a refund
of any portion of that amount. Under the Program, the Dodgers will apply the Designated
Games Account Balance of $1,000 to the Eligible Ticket Holder’s account, plus a Bonus
of $100.
Example: An Eligible Ticket Holder paid $500 to the Dodgers in February 2020 in
connection with the purchase of five single game tickets for Designated Games. The
Eligible Ticket Holder requests a refund of $200. Under the Program, the Dodgers will
refund $200 to the Eligible Ticket Holder, and then apply the Designated Games Account
Balance of $300 to the Eligible Ticket Holder’s account, plus a Bonus of $30.
All Eligible Ticket Holders may use the Designated Games Account Balance and the Bonus to:
(i) purchase tickets for any home game at Dodger Stadium during the 2021 season,
including Postseason games, subject to availability; and/or
(ii) purchase pre-paid parking for any home game at Dodger Stadium during the 2021

An Eligible Ticket Holder may not redeem the Bonus, or any portion thereof, unless and until the
Eligible Ticket Holder has fully exhausted (i) the entire amount of the Designated Games Account
Balance and (ii) any and all other amounts, credits, and/or refunds on or applied to the Eligible
Ticket Holder’s account other than the Designated Games Account Balance and the Bonus
(together with the Designated Games Account Balance, the Total Account Balance”), including,
without limitation, any amounts that are refunded or otherwise applied to the Eligible Ticket
Holder’s account in connection with the 2021 season.
Eligible Ticket Holders may not use the Total Account Balance or the Bonus, or any portion of
either amount, to purchase tickets for any games that are sold out, or any other games designated
by the Dodgers. The Dodgers shall have the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to refuse
to sell any ticket packages, ticket memberships, and/or single game tickets to any individual or
entity.
Except as otherwise stated herein, the Bonus may be redeemed on or before October 3, 2021.
Except as otherwise stated herein, the Bonus, and any portion thereof, that is not redeemed on or
before October 3, 2021 will be forfeited. The Bonus is not redeemable for cash. The Bonus and
the Total Account Balance may not be sold, transferred, or offered as a gift. Any unredeemed
Total Account Balance after October 3, 2021, and all portions thereof, will be available to the
Eligible Ticket Holder for refund and/or to purchase tickets for Dodgers games in subsequent
seasons, subject to ticket availability and in the Dodgers’ sole and absolute discretion.

Eligible Ticket Holders who initially receive the Bonus after electing not to request a full refund
will forfeit the Bonus upon any subsequent request for a full refund of the Designated Games
Account Balance. Eligible Ticket Holders who initially receive the Bonus after electing not to
request a full refund will forfeit a pro-rata portion of the Bonus upon any subsequent request for a
partial refund of the Designated Games Account Balance.
Eligible Ticket Holders who do not wish to participate in the Program may request a full refund of
the ticket purchase price and other applicable amounts paid in connection with Designated Games
by contacting the Dodgers via e-mail at [email protected]. Eligible Ticket Holders who elect
to receive a full refund will not receive the Bonus or otherwise participate in the Program.
Other Terms:
Acceptance of or participation in the Program does not confer upon any Eligible Ticket Holder
any rights or options not expressly set forth in these Terms and Conditions, and does not alter,
modify, amend, supersede, or cancel any of the terms and conditions set forth in the Ticket
Agreements.
The failure of the Dodgers to seek redress for any violation of, or to insist upon the strict
performance of, any covenant, term, condition, representation, and/or warranty set forth in these
Terms and Conditions will not constitute a waiver of such rights or in any way limit or prevent the
subsequent enforcement of any such covenant, term, condition, representation, and/or warranty.
The Dodgers shall have the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to amend, alter, or
discontinue the Program, or any provision thereof, including, without limitation, the amount
and/or rate of the Bonus, with or without notice, at any time and for any reason.
All aspects of the Program, including, without limitation, these Terms and Conditions, shall be
governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and any
applicable federal laws without regard to choice of law rules. Any aspect of the Program is void
where prohibited by law. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be unlawful,
void, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severable without affecting the enforceability of
all remaining provisions.
