ATI TEAS Testing Process
The Test of Essential Academic Skills (ATI TEAS) is a multiple-choice assessment that measures basic academic
preparedness in Reading, Math, Science, English and Language Usage.
Candidates for Cardiovascular Technology, Computed Tomography Clinical Specialist, Diagnostic Medical Sonography,
Echocardiography Technology, Radiologic Technology, as well as candidates for the Medical Assisting, Magnetic
Resonance Imaging Specialist and Veterinary Technology programs are required to take the ATI TEAS Allied Health Exam
before their published application deadline. NO WAIT PERIOD BETWEEN EXAMS.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT TAKING THE ATI TEAS AT GWINNETT TECHNICAL COLLEGE:
The ATI TEAS Allied Health Exam is offered on campus and remotely at the Gwinnett Technical College
Assessment Center. The cost of the ATI TEAS exam is paid directly to ATI TEAS at the time your appointment is
made. NO REFUND is available.
Students must register for the ATI TEAS Exam Allied Health Exam at their website, www.atitesting.com.
Please create an account and select Gwinnett Technical College AH (Allied Health) as your institution.
Applicants may take the ATI TEAS Allied Health Exam a maximum of 2 times per application cycle with no wait
period at Gwinnett Technical College. The student’s high ATI TEAS Exam score from the current application
cycle will be accepted.
Students have about 3 ½ hours to finish the TEAS Exam. Content, sub-content areas and time per section are:

STUDENTS WHO TEST AT OTHER INSTITUTIONS must have an official score report sent from ATI to the
Gwinnett Tech Assessment Center. We accept both the TEAS for Allied Health and the TEAS for Nursing
Students. A copy of the ATI TEAS score report must also be attached to student’s competitive health
application upon submission. Please go to the Assessment Center to obtain your official score report.
To request an ATI TEAS Allied Health transcript visit www.atitesting.com. Once on the website, click on:
Secure Sign On and log onto your account, select My Results tab, select Share Results link, select Gwinnett
Technical College AH as your institution, click continue to open the Shopping Cart, and then click “Check Out”
to open the secure checkout page. The ATI TEAS Exam transcripts cost $27.00 and is paid directly to ATI TEAS.
