WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

I represent and warrant that I am 18 years of age or older, and I am the owner of the dog(s) and/or the

parent/guardian of the children that I have listed and take full responsibility for their care and actions

and have the authority to sign this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement.

Rescue wants nothing more than to provide a safe and fun picnic which is why we advise Parents and

Guardians to inform children of basic safety rules around dogs and make sure they adhere to

them.)

In consideration for receiving permission to participate in the Happy Paws Rescue Alumni Picnic on

June 8, 2014, I hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue, and further agree to

indemnify and hold harmless, Happy Paws Rescue Inc., its volunteers, sponsors, and agents from any

and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or relating to

any loss, damage or injury that may be sustained by me, my children, my pets, or to any property

belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of the releasees, or otherwise, while participating

in this event, or while in, on or upon the premises where the event is being conducted, while in transit

to or from the premises, or in any place or places connected with the Happy Paws Rescue Alumni

Picnic.

By signing this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement, I acknowledge having read and

understood the Picnic Rules and agree to abide by them.

I hereby grant full permission to any and all of the foregoing to use any photographs or recordings of

my participation in this event for any publicity and/or promotional purposes without obligation or

liability to me.
