PERMANENT MAKEUP
Eyeliner, Eyebrows, Lip Liner, Beauty Marks
The application of permanent pigment is placed into the pores of the skin with a sterile, disposable needle to help
naturally enhance the eyes, eyebrows, and lips. By penetrating only into the second layer of skin, it is never deep enough to
reach the bloodstream and is perfect for sensitive skin, as the pigment does not contain iron oxide. This service is ideal
for those with sparse hair, alopecia, poor eyesight, physical disabilities, as well as post-cancer patients, athletes, or those who simply
lack the time needed to maintain a fresh, radiant look. A doctor’s note and a patch test are recommended for those with a medical
condition. An effective local anesthetic is used to ensure you optimal comfort. Treatment takes approximately 60-75 minutes
per area, and a complimentary consultation is recommended for pricing and further information.
PERMANENT MAKEUP (TOUCH UP)
A “color boost” is highly recommended every 2-4 years to help restore color that may have been faded by the sun, chlorine,
medication, etc. Each “color boost” session includes a fee for only color and a needle. Revisions from previous treatment elsewhere

Hair Removal
ELECTROLYSIS
An electric current is applied with a very ne, disposable
needle-shaped electrode, or metal probe into each individual
hair follicle to destroy the root. The method is ideal for light
and grey hears, dark/ethnic skin, and on small areas, such
as the face. Treatments can take 15-60 minutes and may be
scheduled 2-4 weeks apart.
LASER HAIR REMOVAL
A laser pulse occurs for a fraction of a second, treating numerous
hair follicles at the same time. Each laser pulse lasts long
enough to heat up the hair and signicantly destroy the follicle’s
ability to re-grow. A special contact-cooling handpiece
protects and cools the upper layer of the skin before, during,
and after each laser pulse while directing the laser energy to
the hair root, allowing treatment to even the most sensitive
skin. This method is ideal for darker hair, lighter skin, and is
able to treat even the largest areas of the body quickly and
effectively. Depending on the area of the body, treatments
are typically scheduled 6-12 weeks apart and can take 15-60
minutes per session.
IMPORTANT: Hair growth occurs in different stages: growing, resting, and shedding. Because all of the
hair isn’t at the same stage at any given time, multiple sessions are needed to be most effective for both
electrolysis and laser hair removal. It is important to understand that certain areas of the body require
more treatments. More information is available about your treatment, costs of treatments, and what
results you can expect during your complimentary consultation.

Please be aware that when booking more than 3 months in
advance, the pricing that you see on our website for services,
as well as our private room reservation fee pricing, are subject
to change as we have pricing and menu changes through-
out the year to reect current times and industry changes. If
any spa policies outlined in our contract were to change an
updated signed contract may be required to continue to hold
your date.
To ensure availability, please make reservations as far in
advance as possible, or at the conclusion of your last spa
experience. When making reservations, please notify the
concierge if you have any health conditions that may affect
your spa experience. A credit card is required to secure all
reservations. Menu services and pricing are subject to change
without notice. Rivage Day Spa reserves the right to refuse
service to anyone. We kindly ask that you refrain from entering
the spa should you have any symptoms of any illness.
SPA PAYMENTS
Rivage Day Spa accepts payments in the form of cash, checks,
all major credit cards, and Rivage Day Spa Gift cards. Gift
cards must be presented at time of sevice in order to be
rendered.
CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING
As a courtesy, you will receive a conrmation of your
reservation prior to your arrival. Your spa time is held exclusively
for you and your therapist. We respectfully ask that if you
need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require
a 48-hour advance notice to avoid up to 100% charges of
services. All no-show reservations will be assessed a charge
at full value of services. Spa parties are subject to forms of
agreement on a spa contract.
SPA GUEST ARRIVALS
To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that
you please plan on arriving 15 minutes prior to your rst
treatment. This will allow time to check-in, change, complete
your guest prole, and familiarize yourself with our spa.
We will provide you with a luxurious robe, slippers, and
private lockers for your convenience. Please leave all valuables
at home, as Rivage Day Spa is not responsible for items lost,
stolen, or misplaced. Delayed arrivals will limit the time of
your spa experience, so in consideration of other spa guests,
your time may be adjusted accordingly,and the full price of
your scheduled service will be charged.

SPA CONDITIONS
Whether it’s the depth of pressure during your massage,
the temperature of your spa room, or any other issues, your
comfort is most important to us. In order to ensure a
pleasant and relaxing experience, we ask that only those
receiving services accompany you to the spa. Guests must be
18 years or older in order to receive a spa service. For the
privacy and comfort of our spa guests, all cell phones,
laptops, and cameras are prohibited in all of our spa areas.
To get the most of your treatment, we encourage you to
communicate all of your concerns to our therapists. All
outside food and beverages are prohibited.
GIFT CARDS
Rivage Day Spa gift cards are valid for 5 years from the date
of purchase and can be used toward any spa service or retail
purchases. Gift cards cannot be used towards any discounted
transactions, with any promotions or towards group events.
Our gift cards are transferable but non-refundable and cannot
be used for gratuity or redeemed for cash. The value of the gift
card is subject to current pricing as well as our cancellation
policy. Rivage Day Spa is not responsible for any lost, stolen,
or damaged gift cards. Gift cards must be presented at time
of service in order to be rendered.
GRATUITY
Not included in the price of service or spa packages, gratuities
are an appreciation of exceptional service and are always
welcomed. Given at your discretion, gratuity envelopes are
provided upon checkout. Please note, cash is preferred.
