ADMISSIONS CRITERIA

1. Students must sign the Transfer/

Guaranteed Admissions Program applica-

tion before registering for their 30th credit

at Rowan College at Burlington County.

2. Students must take all their courses at RCBC and

complete the appropriate AA or AS degree at

Rowan College at Burlington County.

3. Students must follow the designated course of

study for the intended major at Drexel

University.

4. Students must earn a cumulative grade point

average of 2.5 GPA, or higher, at Rowan College

at Burlington County both at the time of

application and completion of the Associates

degree prior to enrolling at Drexel.

5. Students must submit their application for

admission and all other credentials required to

Drexel University by the deadline dates for

submission.

DEGREE REQUIREMENTS /

TIME LIMITS

• Full-time students enrolled in the Rowan College

at Burlington County – Drexel University

Guaranteed Transfer Program must complete

their AA or AS degree within three years of enroll-

ing in the program.

• Part-time students must complete their AA

or AS degree within 5 years of enrolling in the

program.

• Students enrolled in the Guaranteed Transfer

Program will not have to pay the admission

application fee to Drexel University.

EXPECTATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

RCBC students who enroll in the Guaranteed

Transfer Program are expected to meet with the

RCBC Director of Transfer each semester to make

certain that they are following the designated course

of study that satisfies both graduation and transfer

requirements. In addition, the RCBC Director of

Transfer will provide guidance about the timelines

and other requirements associated with the transfer

process.

RCBC students who enroll in the Guaranteed

Transfer Program are not permitted to change their

major course of study. Students must be very certain

about their intended major in order to retain eligi-

bility for the Guaranteed Transfer Program. Students

who change their course of study will no longer be

eligible for the Guaranteed Transfer Program,

however, they may still apply to Drexel University

through the regular transfer admissions process.

RCBC students who wish to enroll in the Guaran-

teed Transfer Program are required to complete the

INTENT TO TRANSFER/GUARANTEED TRANSFER

APPLICATION prior to their completion of 30 credits

at Rowan College at Burlington County.

GUARANTEED TRANSFER PROGRAM

Effective in the Spring of 2005, Rowan College at Burlington County students who fulfill all the necessary

criteria in certain designated programs will be guaranteed the opportunity to earn direct admission into Drexel

University. RCBC students will be assured admission to Drexel University at junior status.
