1. INTRODUCTION
Company Background
Street Kitchen Sdn Bhd was founded in 2016 by Fahmi Ali, who
is the Director of Operation. He is supported by Chef
Suratman who comes from well versed kitchen operations
back ground.
It is a combination of both their respective experiences that
culminated into this wonderful entity.
Philosophy
We constantly offer an amazing quality products and customer
service that is characterised by reliability, honesty and
integrity.

To feature as a benchmark in the service of high quality
customised catering services that are designed to provide
delightful culinary experiences directly proportional to the
needs of our clients.
2. MANAGEMENT & OPERATIONAL STAFF
Managing Director
At the helm, Street Kitchen Sdn Bhd is led by Zahrin Mat
Taher. Zahrin has pulled together resources and skills he
acquired in management for more than 15 years.
Operations Director
Talk about anything that has everything to do with
operations at Street Kitchen expect undivided attention
from Fahmi Md Ali. With combined experience of 15
years in management of restaurant and hotel as well
as lecturing stints with local colleges, he co-foundered
Street Kitchen. He is responsible for the overall
operations of the entity.
Executive Chef
Street Kitchen couldn’t settle for a better chef than Chef
Suratman. Chef has more than 15 year experience and
brings with him loads of experience to retrain and
develop the kitchen staff for better efficiency and quality
service level.
Operational Staff
To make sure that every order is carried our effectively
and efficiently, the above three are supported by nine (9)
energetic young people who are on the payroll of Street
Kitchen on full-time basis. Part time crews will be hired
for bigger events.
3. PRODUCT & SERVICE QUALITY
Street Kitchen offer creative and unique ideas for each
of the corporate or private events, parties or any kind of
functions. We will ensure that we add value, right from
the food that we prepared from our highly advanced
kitchen to the food we serve and the experience of the
venue to make the events unforgettable ones.
Our approach involves visualization, planning, tasting
and styling of menus to suit any event.
Be it a large scale hospitality and corporate function at
The Studios; to intimate entertaining at home - we will
provide an unforgettable and beautifully presented
food, served with care by our friendly, trained,
experienced and professional staff.
We have delicious buffet and ala’ carte menus designed
for a variety of functions. We have snack platters to
suite any cocktail party.
