Mold Consulting
Assisted site inspections, sampling and report preparation for indoor air quality projects. Projects
typically include performing visual inspections and collecting air and surface samples for mold.
After receiving laboratory results, reports were prepared which included an evaluation of the
observations made including any findings on the cause of mold growth identified, and
recommendations as warranted for repairs.

Asbestos Inspections and Consulting
Performed asbestos inspections at commercial and retail facilities. The inspections included
visually inspecting the various facilities, physically assessing the condition of the suspect
asbestos-containing materials (ACMs), collecting the appropriate number of samples, and
documenting the locations where the materials were located and where they were sampled. The
results of the inspections were then used to generate reports for the facility owners to use to
properly and safely deal with their ACMs.
