Coming to the Prizmah conference provides me with that shot of professional development that I so
look for. It also reinforces to me that while I am the only non educational leader in my school, I have
a solid and wide ranging community of colleagues through my Prizmah Reshets that I can rely on and
learn from… there is not one element of this conference that was lacking. From the sessions, to the
vendors to the communal and small group opportunities, I felt that every moment was maximized.
